Yes, they are all freaked out about Dr. Phil’s show today…Crisis in the Family Courts.

Subject: Time to speak out fathers!!!!  RE: FATHERS-L Dr. Phil show: Crisis in Family court

I was very upset with this show!  While the stories were heart rending and terrible, Dr. Phil forgot to mention any stories about fathers who had lost their children.  Dr. Phil focused on fathers who had killed their children.  What about the mothers who have killed children?

Dr. Phil ended the show promising to keep a light on this problem until the system is changed.  Fathers speak up and be sure the other story is told, about the fathers who are victimized by the system.  If you don’t, this sounds like Dr. Phil will push for the jailing of more fathers as he mentioned the need to bring in the criminal court.  God help the fathers!

One good point was mentioned by the lady specialist whom I didn’t catch her name or title.  She did explain the people involved in the system who do not try to resolve or protect the children because conflict is their gravy train.

They are speaking of Kathleen Russell, of the Center for Judicial Excellence, who worked very hard to get this story told.  Yes, it is a gravy train for the court whores.  But what is a travesty is the lack of concern for children in the family courts by very biased judges who do not believe mothers.  The studies show that men lie far more in court than women do in high conflict cases.   There are far more children being injured or killed by fathers…just a read of Dastardly Dads shows many every day putting children in danger.  Fathers have had the main stage for a long time…it’s time that the real problems were discussed.  Thanks to Dr. Phil for a great show today!  Please comment on your story at Dr. Phil’s site and encourage more discussion on the subject.

    I don’t see what the big deal is. Dr. Phil CONSTANTLY gives these fathers a platform…as in, on a regular basis. And he will continue to do so, especially if they threaten to kill him. Abusers do what they do best!

    Summary, oh, it was so sad to hear about these dead children, but what about the men?

    For fucks sake, does every show have to be about men? If we had a show on cervical cancer, then there needs to be one about ball cancer. If we have a show on breast augmentation, then we gotta have one on dick enhancement….

    I’m not even remotely a fan of Dr. Phil. BUT, he kicked some serious behind today.

    Bravo to you, Nancy, for bringing this story to the light of day and continuing to shine a bright light on it. Bravo!

    This isn’t about ALL fathers, it’s about abusive, controlling men who take children from their mothers to control the women. It’s about stupid decisions made in court because the judges are too detached or too ignorant to look at the facts. The facts are MEN ABUSE WOMEN AND THEY USE THEIR CHILDREN AGAINST THEM, AND THE COURT SYSTEM LETS THEM DO IT! So, let’s not bash fathers, or men, some of them are good and decent, and many of them take care of the women and children they are in relationships with. There are good men, everywhere, they are our sons and our brothers and our fathers – but these men who have killed these children, and beaten these women and threatened to do harm to innocent people – they should be identified, caught, punished and the lawyers and judges that defend them should be punished as well.

    That’s what the problem is. There is no consequence for the inaction or the bias of the judge when he doesn’t want to investigate the reality of the situation. If he depends on the lawyer, then the lawyer better be doing his job of protecting the innocent, not just trying to get dollars out of this man who wants his woman back. How neanderthal is that? The old ignorant men take up for the stupid, power hungry men, who defend the self-centered narcissistic men who want to control THEIR women. Women are property to these men. They BELONG to them. They do not have free will or hopes or dreams or are they allowed to show emotion. Just as you are not allowed to show emotion in the court room.

    This is a man’s world, and it’s time it changed. I have a lot more to say, but, it can wait, my daughter is crying and missing her children, and I go to comfort her.

    AND YET GUYS GET SCREWED AS WELL.. Women kill babies just as well. It is not solely on the male gender. These comments are biased and mostly sad.

    Yes tkle, guys get screwed as well. I’ve never said they didn’t. Many mothers here have their children in the custody of men who beat them, and are angry that courts gave their children to them. Have you seen http://dastardlydads.blogspot.com, there are many children in danger because of abusive fathers. NOT ALL FATHERS ARE ABUSIVE. It is about corrupt courts not doing what they are supposed to do, and children dying. See http://rightsformothers.com/2010/07/05/some-refuse-to-become-assimilated/ for another guy’s view about stuff on this website. I am sorry if you got screwed. All I can say is never give up trying to gain access to your children.
