11.Feb.2010 Mother Slammed by Kansas Judge Patrick Walters for Trying to Protect Her Children

A movement needs to be started around this country to get into each state legislature a protective parent act, such as those enacted in New York and Alaska.  This would prevent mothers like Tammy Youngquist from losing all contact with her two young daughters after daddy allegedly did some pretty nasty things to one of them.  The girls were interviewed by SRS caseworkers, strangers to the young girls, and they were scared to report what they had already reported to a child advocate and health care worker.  So everything was dropped and daddy ran to his friend, the family court judge.  The mother was punished by Judge Patrick Walters of Wichita by taking away all access to her children and giving them to the alleged abuser again.  From the You Tube site:

On February 10th, 2010, Tammy Youngquist appeared before the Sedgwick County, Kansas  Commissioners to request that no funding be given to the CAC, Child Advocacy Center, until there is a complete investigation as children are being taken from families when there has not been abuse, the EMCU/SRS/CPS advocates for the abusers, children are placed in foster care to change custody, children are wrongfully removed from good homes and never to be returned, and only 15% are reintegrated back into their homes.

    Please help me! Judge Patrick Walters just denied my PFA to protect my two beautiful daughters from their Dad who abused them. I had to hand them back to the man who hit my daughters. I had a police report, witness, and all the paper work to support my case, but he told me that child abuse is a serious thing and I made a mockery of it. He said that my child lied and manipulated me My children are now back in the hands of the man that abused them and I have no rights! I can not afford a high powered attorney like my ex-husband and I was punished for that. Please help! Or let me help you!

    Tammy- Please call me. I have notified KSN news about this because this just happened to me yesterday. We need to stand up for our children. I have 2 young daughters that were just handed back to their father after they confesed that he was abusing them. Judge Patrick Walter took away my parenting rights for them! I am so sick. I need help, we need to get together soon. I am getting everyone and anyone involved. My children are in danger!

    Before you slam anyone with sensationalistic headlines, makes sure you are reporting the facts. The real truth is Judge Walters doesn’t allow false accusers to benefit from their lies…(rest deleted)….Anonymous

    To anonymous….What kind of father( and i say that with teeth clenched). would allow his children to be put through so much hell! This mother needs to be able to know that her children are at the least O.K.I f you care at all about your children you need to allow access to their mother..you know the one that gave them life! Use all the big words you want, it does not change the fact that you seem obsessed with hurting and ruining the life of the MOTHER of your children.Why would you use her e-mail address to gain access to this website? Are you an idiot? This is coming from a mother of 5 also..and I am simply appalled by your pathetic attempt to try to pretend their MOTHER does not exist. These poor kids..I do not know if you are married or not..but if you are shame on your wife for letting you become so obsessed with hurting someone I am sure you probably at one time loved.Seems to me that this Judge Walters is probably an idiot too.     I have a problem with anyone trying to cut children out of a parent’s life, but abuse should trump this. Unfortunately, when a father can afford to have “people on their side.” These children should have never been taken from the mother anyway, I heard dad was busy seeing girlfriend in Kansas City while one of the daughters was being born. No, the current trend is for abusers to get custody, the judge’s associations have found this to be true. Afterall, what can be more abusive than taking young children from their mother so the new wife can have someone to call her “mama.” Now alleged child sexual abuse! OMG, how stupid the courts are in Kansas, it is a great state for abusers.

    This father should know that cyber theft of identity is an indictable offense, and that other fathers who pulled this stunt FOR THE SAME PURPOSE – to steal children from their own mothers – have been caught and criminally charged. I understand that this particular father is a fairly high ranking officer in the US Armed Forces. Really??? This is the kind of person that we want fighting for American freedoms? A military officer who demonstrates such disregard for the laws of his OWN country, not to mention a shocking lack of integrity, should be court-martialled.

    If this man is stalking his ex-wife on-line and hacking into her computer and email accounts, AND is in the military, he needs to be reported to his commanding officer. I understand that they do not take this lightly. Also, the 2 moms that are having the same difficulties with this judge probably need to get together and strategize in terms of judicial complaints and possibly protest/media.

    Hi this is the real me….Yes I lost all contact with my 2 girls …for reporting abuse. They are looking into giving the alleged abuser sole custody. The case managers wrote…I wanted to get back with Shawn…yeah like everyone out there needs to be abused.

    Judges like this need to be GONE. I would have to agree that Kansas seems to be behind on the fact that abusers have been found to be using “Parental Alienation Syndrome.” It is a made up non-Psychiatric way to continue the abuse of protective moms. What is more sad is the children are suffering physical, emotional and SEXUAL abuse because ignorant Judges! If this man is in the military and other fathers are using their ex-wife’s e-mail addresses and have been charged, than why is Kansas the exception to the rule. Sounds like some money is exchanging hands under the table if you ask me.

    As eveybody knows that there are always two sides to a story:
    Did Tammy tell any of you that when her oldest daughter was 3 years old, Tammy smacked her in the mouth with a wooden spoon, busting her lip, and after this incident the oldest daughter asked not to go back to her moms house because mom hurts her, and spanking the youngest with a wooden spoon leaving the outline of the spoon on her upper thigh. Or every time that Tammy wouldn’t get her way in court she would go and take it out on the kids. Or that no matter what Tammy would cut her kids hair everyday when it was her parenting time with her kids, and because of this the oldest daughter decided that it was ok to cut other kids hair as well in Tammys daycare under Tammys watch.
    I am not against the mother being with her children, but when that mother only wants the kids to punish the father of the children and the mother is putting the kids in harms way then yes, I am against the mother having any contact with her kids. Tammy has done nothing but lie to try to get what she wants and she was caught in her own lies.

    I will tell you what kind of father would do this and what kind of judge would allow it. FREEMASONS!!!! Open your eyes, a high ranking military officer and you read his post he seems like an intellectual person and a judge well lets just say it seems very suspicious to me. I am having problems with walters as well. My ex-wife’s husband is beating my son and walters won’t do a thing about. In fact he is only allowing me to see my son once a month and supervised. No need for me to have supervised visits. My son wants to live with me but i can’t afford a masonic attorney. In fact i ran out of money and can’t afford to pay my discount attorney any more. If you step into a masons court without representation, you are screwed. “DESTROY THE FREEMASONS!!!!!!!” They will enslave all of us who aren’t in high socioligic standing. What has America become? What it has been since the beginning. The Illuminati’s property. The bible said the anti-christ will acquire many followers. That part of Revolations started in 1776. The only 2 presidents that werent suspect of being freemasons or illuminati are Lincoln and Kennedy……hmmm…….what happened to those guys.     Wow, Teresa, isn’t that being petty. Just because you are happy being a noncustodial mom too doesn’t mean all moms should have their children taken. How will these little girls really feel about you and dad growing up without their mom…I know cause my dad tried that too. He is vilified and alone now. If Tammy cut their hair every day, the girls would not have any hair left after a week. I think there are a few people need to grow up in this case and realize the harm that is happening to these girls, and there is a judge that probably needs to have a review before a judicial committee (although I hear judges can get away with anything in Kansas). Lucky for you huh.

    It sounds like to me someone is not happy in their relationship. Whatever the reason, sexually, financially, or verbal abuse, perhaps metal abuse. I can only think of how a mother will not fight for what she believes in. Protecting her children. I was with Shawn before Teresa. Just becasue I stick up in what I believe in and refuse to be a doormat or a punching bag for someone. Why does Shawn have 3 ex wives???..Why did he supposedly adbandon his first child? I am not here to slam anyone but, unless the truth be told…and you have proof to back this up is what its all about. Remember what goes on behind closed doors no one knows. Teresa does not have her son, and it seems to me she does not want him, or to scared to fight. I have what I need and no one will take that away from me and that is the love for these two little girls who need their mother. Not someone who takes away their bumblebee or dolls for wanting to stay with their bio- mom. Remember …God knows the truth and you can not escape this. Tammy

    I too went through the Sedgwick County Court System fighting for custody of my son and had concerns of abuse and a cigarette burn to his stomach documented by a physician… The judge ruling on my case was Fleetwood…I had three professionals that were concerned with abuse from the step mother and step grandmother. The court appointed physicologist also stated that he was concerned with the step grandmother being abusive but since the father had not bonded with the child (5 yr old) and the child wanted the step father to replace his father it would be better to give custody to the father even though it was in the best interest of the child to go with the mother…..no kidding this was the ruling….today that father beat the 16 year boy until he typed on facebook that the reason his stepmother had abused him was because he is wetting the bed….all of this because my son had opened up to a counselor and to me about the abuse that has been going on for years…..the counselor did not report any other this to the state…my son has told many people of the abuse and no one has tried to help him..the kids at his school even went to the school counselor and told them of the abuse…nothing was done… My ex husband is also a freemason as is his father and both very openly talked about the judical system in Wichita and how many masons it has…..After moving from many places with the military I can tell you Kansas has one the worst reputations for protecting kids from abuse…..proven with the last story of the 19 month old that was beaten to death after SRS and the judicial system failed….I am now living outside of DC and wanting to find or start an advocacy group willing to take on congress to pass a law that stops federal funding to states that don’t protect children.. if interest please contact me…..

    Don’t worry dear, the children know when they are being kept from their mom, as my dad did to my siblings and I. My dad is a lonely old bitter man now, who in the end lost us, even though he got custody of us as children.

    I’ve studied this for quite some time, I believe it is some sort of hostile psycho-sexual deviant thing with these fathers who take children and keep them from their mothers. It would be interesting to see a study on these type of guys such as the one who took your children. I only pray they are safe, but many times, as the news constantly shows, children in this situation end up pregnant and/or messed up for the rest of their lives.

They are the biggest crooks in the court house (lawyers/judges) they extort money while wielding their intent to gain control, power, and money over you. Please email me so we can talk.

    Well.. I’ve been searching for the appropriate laws concerning stepgrandparents standing because after raising our granddaughter for nearly 13 years, we just lost our guardianship because of the new parental preference law. And so what does “extenuating circumstances” mean? We also agreed to drop the guardianship and mom gaves us amble visitation…now this weekend is the second weekend she has refused to let us have her…she says she doesn’t want to see us anymore because we called SRS and stole her possessions. This all couldn’t be further from the truth. There seems to be a questions about whether the judge has jurisdiction to enforce the visitations because we are step grand parents. I think after caring for her all these years when know one else would should count for something. After all this is her home and she wants to be here. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thx

    Wow, Patty! Sorry for your situation. Many grandparents (bio) are in this same boat, and I have seen some states try and pass “grandparent visitation” legislation, but it is rare still. You were in essence “de facto” parents it sounds like, and I would push a court to recognize you guys were this for the amount of time you did it. Also, with her being close to 14, I think many states give a child a “greater” voice, some more than others, to be able to facilitate this. Of course, check with a lawyer on these points, but I think they may help.
